Our assortment includes the prized Treviso Early Red Radicchio also with PGI denomination, known for its sweet flavour and crispy leaves, and Treviso Late Red Radicchio also with PGI denomination, the ‘winter flower’, which is distinguished by its superior quality and the process of blanching in running water.
In addition to these varieties, we also produce Round Radicchio, Semi-long Radicchio, Pink Radicchio and Variegated Radicchio, each with its own unique characteristics.
Our Round Cabbage and Pointed Cabbage are equally appreciated for their versatility in cooking and nutritional properties.
