Students from Salzurg

Last Sunday, April 17th, a group of agriculture students from Salzburg, Austria, visited the Bellia Claudio farm. The group had the chance to learn more about the Radicchio of Treviso, in particular about the phases of processing that make this vegetable so special. Worth of note, as often with visits to our farm, was the amazement among both the students and the teachers while learning how much work lays behind the production of the Radicchio. At the end of the visit, the group wanted to thank the Bellia Claudio farm with typical box of chocolates from Salzburg, the Mozartkugeln, and a bottle of liqueur.
